The Jowett Method is a weight loss and lifestyle movement built around connection and the philosophy that “1 is too small a number to do anything great with our life”; we need connection, community and support. 

As humans beings we need the power of community (tribe) and we need connection and support of people walking the same path with the same goals.

As a recovering alcoholic I owe my life to fellowships such as AA (alcoholics anonymous) and it was there I was taught the power of connection and community.

Geoff is Australia’s weight loss coach. He has helped over 1 million Aussies lose weight and transform their lives. For over 23 years Geoff has been coaching people to be their best as a trainer, weight loss expert and motivational speaker.
